A distinct alert instead of the usual chime, even on a sleeping counter. Send reminder rings it again.
What this includes and how notices are retained
Do not enter customer names, contact details, payment or licence information, incident reports, or other personal or sensitive information, and do not attach photos or documents that show them. Notices and changes are logged. Published notice wording remains in restricted counter history for 12 months; an attached file is deleted as soon as its notice is taken down or expires.

Status band
A temporary line that scrolls along the bottom of the counter screen. Only your login can set or clear it. It is not a notice: it does not appear in Live, History or Activity and records no delivery reports. A new line replaces the previous one at those counters.

Screen saver
What a counter shows while it has no live notices. Tick counters, choose screens, then save. A new notice always takes over the screen straight away. Counters show this from app version 1.7.5; the handover note from 1.7.6.

Where customers fly in from
As many airports as you like, grouped by state and region. Add the busiest first: flight paths draw the first few bright and the quieter ones faint, and weather shows the forecast for the first 24.
Up to 8. A short headline, plus an optional line of detail. Each reminder has its own preview beside its settings.
Warm editorial, Airport calm and Colour block need the updated iPad app. Older versions show your wording in Original.

One line for the next shift, shown on every idle screen. With no screens ticked it shows over a clock. Leave it empty for none.
Notice pages
For live notices only. When more are live than fit on one screen, the counter shows them a page at a time, and this sets how long each page stays up. The screen saver times above apply only while nothing is live, so the two never run at once. Counters use this from app version 1.7.9.
